Introduction to Evoce...
Evoce Ltd is a newly formed company based in Brentwood and has been created to take a complete range of audio branding products and services to a wider, more discerning market place. Evoce has been developed from the knowledge and experience gained through the Advitel Group's activities over the past 11 years in the audio marketing industry. Advitel - always a market leader was the 1st to manufacture and introduce its own solid state audio announcer with recordings loaded by inserting a plug and play chip instead of the old fashioned tape or CD, and also the 1st to create a remotely loaded software solution loaded via the internet. Advitel Ltd has now become the holding company of the group, passing the baton onto Evoce to take this unique service and concept forward into new territory together with a complete range of Audio Branding products.
The portfolio of Evoce's products were created to enhance and consolidate key business touch points and vary, from the Evoce studio service delivered via the internet and broadcast through the on hold telephone facility to our audio for web and email. Corporate Branding is further established with the creation of musical logos, personalised voice mail on both internal and mobile phones and all voice prompt applications including Contact Centre solutions and Consultancy to in store announcements and power point presentations. Audio can be utilised effectively across all customer-facing operations to ensure a consistent and professional audio brand in other words - AUDIO ANYWHERE.
Advitel was conceived in 1992 when Richard Hoyle the Managing Director was introduced to the concept of Audio Marketing, which at that time was a mature service in the USA but unknown in the UK. Following 2 years of research he decided to launch his own Audio Marketing Company and in 1994, Advitel was born.
Richard's education was in preparation for him to follow into the family business of farming. However, this was not to be as his interests in music and technology were to prove eminently suitable for the On Hold market as the industry was then called.
Advitel started life in one small section of the stable block attached to the farm where the studio was installed and now 11 years later, occupies the entire building. The studio facility has frequently been updated to maintain a first class recording and editing operation.
In 1995 Richard met Joan Saunders Hall, Sales Director, who came on board to help increase sales and grow the business, as resources were limited. Joan's sales, management and training experience was gained after a long and successful career with Personnel Hygiene services, graduating through the ranks from Sales Consultant to Sales Director of PHS Manufacturing.
Over the years Advitel has been at the forefront of the Audio Marketing industry, leading the way through hardware and product innovation and most importantly delivering an excellent and fully managed service to our clients. The Head Office has grown to provide a strong team, both internal and external with extensive administration support for our growing customer base. Advitel has expanded to include another 5 wholly owned subsidiary companies, all linked through the recording provision.
On Hold Productions, a small company servicing the entry level of the industry was purchased in March 2002 and David Hough was brought on board as Training Manager. With many years experience in the field of Sales Development, David has worked with numerous companies including large corporations , providing training to the sales force and telesales team. David is a highly skilled and experienced professional with 11 years expertise in HR and advanced corporate training making him the perfect training manager to give Evoce Franchisee's a sound foundation from which to grow their business.
Evoce was created to take the audio branding concept of "audio anywhere" through a dedicated national franchise operation and to provide a service whose sole aim is to deliver professional creative audio across all communication touch points in order to raise a Company's Brand profile while increasing their bottom line. |
